    The Philippine Embassy, London joins the nation in celebrating National Innovation Day (NID) 2025 on 28-30 April 2025 with the theme “FLIP” Forging Leaders of Innovation in the Philippines”. This year’s NID aims to (1) inspire the youth by engaging them in an intensified “Huddle, Analyse, Build, and Innovation” thinking workshop, (2) elevate public awareness on Filipino ingenuity and creativity through the holding of National and Regional Innovation Awards or the “Filipinnovation Awards”, and (3) honour Filipino innovators of “Filipinnovators” who have made significant contributions in promoting and advancing  innovative solutions in their respective fields.

 Ambassador Locsin attended the first meeting of the reestablished All-Party Parliamentary Group on the Philippines (APPG-Philippines) in Portcullis House yesterday. Chaired by Rob Roberts MP, the meeting heard from Minister of State Anne-Marie Trevelyan on her recent visit to the Philippines.
