The Philippine Embassy in London informs all registered overseas voters in the United Kingdom and Ireland that the official link for the pre-voting enrollment for internet voting is up.
You may access it through: https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll  (Please scan the QR code or copy the link and open it on an external browser.)
