OPTION 1: BY MAIL

Together with your passport application, submit a self-addressed and stamped envelope (SASE), preferably with a tracking number, for the mailing of your passport. Accomplish this Declaration of Release-personal / Declaration of Release-minor, and submit together with the SASE.

OPTION 2: BY PERSONAL COLLECTION

Inform the passport processor that you will personally collect your passport at the Embassy. Before proceeding to the Embassy, please check if your passport is available for pickup by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Upon confirmation of your passport’s availability, you may walk in at the Embassy’s Consular Section within business hours, Mondays to Fridays. Bring a valid ID to claim your passport. If collecting for someone else, bring the following documents: (1) signed authorization letter, (2) valid ID of the passport applicant and 1 photocopy, and (3) valid ID of the authorized representative and 1 photocopy.
