Ambassador Locsin Presents Credentials to His Majesty King Charles III
His Excellency Teodoro L. Locsin Jr. presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to the Court of St. James’s to His Majesty King Charles III at the Buckingham Palace on 16 May 2023.
Ambassador Locsin holds the distinction of being the first Head of Mission in London and the first Philippine Ambassador to present credentials to the King after his Coronation on 06 May.

Philippines Assumes Chairmanship of the ASEAN London Committee (ALC)
London, 28 April 2023 – On behalf of the Philippine Embassy in London, Ambassador Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. accepted today the chairmanship of the ASEAN London Committee from the Malaysian High Commission in London.
As Chair, the Philippine Embassy will lead the ALC in the direction it has already decided to take and will steer the group ahead based on the consensus achieved. The ALC will work together to raise the profile of ASEAN and the Southeast Asian region in the United Kingdom. END
