2023 Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod winner Kammerchor Manila paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Locsin at the Embassy today. Kammerchor Manila bested choirs from around the world to emerge as Choir of the World during the championships held at Llangollen, Wales, on 08 July 2023.
