*Full vaccination means the person has been administered the 2nd dose in a 2-dose series or a single dose vaccine more than 14 days prior to date and time of departure from the country of origin or port of embarkation (“Primary Series”). Acceptable proof: - WHO Certificate - VaxCertPH - National or state manual/digital vaccination certificate of the country/foreign government (any country) - Others permitted by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) |

Negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours or negative antigen test taken within 24 hours, prior to the date and time of departure, excluding layovers, provided that he/she has not left the airport premises or has not been admitted into another country during layover |
o At least 18 years old who have received primary series of COVID-19 vaccine and at least 1 booster o Aged 12-17 years, who are fully vaccinated o Below 12 years old, regardless of their vaccination status, who are accompanied by their parents or guardians who are fully vaccinated with 1 booster |
* Antigen test result may be remotely supervised or laboratory-based, administered and certified by a healthcare professional in a healthcare facility, laboratory, clinic, pharmacy, or other similar establishment.
*The vaccine (primary series and booster) must be included in the following lists: - Emergency Use Authorization or Compassionate Special Permit list issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (https://www.fda.gov.ph/) - Emergency Use Listing of the WHO (https://www.who.int/) |
