The Philippine Embassy in London will hold an Overseas Voters Field Registration in the Isle of Man on 13-14 September (Friday-Saturday). The details are as follows:  

Filipinos can register as new voters, update their information, transfer their voter record, and reactivate their voter record.

Registrants are requested to bring a photocopy and their original PH passport and other proof of Philippine citizenship, as may be applicable (e.g., Reacquisition/Retention documents for dual citizens).

The Philippine Embassy advises the public that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has identified a number of registered overseas voters who have incomplete biometric information.

In compliance with the implementation of the online voting for overseas voters on the 2025 National and Local elections, it is compulsory for every registered overseas voter to ensure that their biometric records are complete and up-to-date.

Overseas voters whose names are on the list are requested to have their biometrics recaptured on or before the end of the voter registration (30^th September 2024) at the Philippine Embassy in London, 6-11 Suffolk Street, SW1Y 4HG from Monday-Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm respectively. Please bring along your valid Philippine passport.
