Ambassador Locsin read the message of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. while Deputy Head of Mission and Consul General Rhenita Rodriguez read the message of Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique A. Manalo. Messages of other heads of agencies were likewise read by their respective attachés and representatives.
