The Embassy will have walk-in service every Wednesday of March 2023, as follows:

29 March 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Processing of applicants will be first come, first served.

The Embassy has no photocopying services so please bring sufficient photocopies of your documentary requirements.
The Embassy reiterates that walk-in services are already available for the following applicants, Mondays to Fridays, except holidays, within the Embassy’s business hours:
- Seniors (at least 60 years old)
- PWDs
- Pregnant women (visibly pregnant or with proof of pregnancy)
- Passport applicants who are less than 1 year old
- With special needs (e.g., mobility constraints, serious medical issues, etc.)
- Civil registration and related applications – Report Birth/Marriage/Death; Consular Mortuary Certificate; Petition for Correction; Marriage License; Application for Marriage (https://londonpe.dfa.gov.ph/advisories/1457-advisory-on-applicants-for-civil-registration-and-related-applications)
- Petition for reacquisition or retention of Philippine citizenship under RA 9225 (https://londonpe.dfa.gov.ph/advisories/1424-advisory-in-person-application-for-reacquisition-retention-of-citizenship)
- Passport applicants after taking their oath of allegiance under RA 9225
- Passport applicants who will collect their new passports or their authorized representatives
- Emergency travel document applicants
- NBI clearance fingerprinting applicants
The Embassy will strictly require the use of facial masks inside the Consular Section. Escorts/companions are not allowed except for minors, PWDs, and other similar cases.
