The Embassy advises the public that in-person application for reacquisition/retention of citizenship has resumed.

Applicants for reacquisition/retention of citizenship may walk-in at the Embassy’s Consular Section and submit their application from 1:00 - 4:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays, except holidays.

Please note that applications submitted on designated walk-in days (i.e., Wednesdays) will be processed on a first come first served basis.

The Consular Section will still accept application for reacquisition/retention of citizenship, submitted by mail/post, of those who are unable to submit their application in person.
