The Embassy advises the public that  applicants for civil registration and related applications (i.e., Report of Birth/Marriage/Death, Petition for Correction, Consular Mortuary Certificate), may walk-in to submit their application/s at the Consular Section, Mondays to Fridays, except holidays.

Please note that applications submitted on designated walk-in days (i.e., Wednesdays) will be processed on a first come first served basis.

Applicants who will use their Report of Birth or Report of Marriage for passport application within the same day must walk-in to submit their express application not later than 1:00 PM.

All other applicants may walk-in from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM to submit their application/s.

The Consular Section will still accept notarized application for civil registration submitted by mail/post, of those who are unable to submit their application in person.
