    The Philippine Embassy, London joins the nation in celebrating National Innovation Day (NID) 2025 on 28-30 April 2025 with the theme “FLIP” Forging Leaders of Innovation in the Philippines”. This year’s NID aims to (1) inspire the youth by engaging them in an intensified “Huddle, Analyse, Build, and Innovation” thinking workshop, (2) elevate public awareness on Filipino ingenuity and creativity through the holding of National and Regional Innovation Awards or the “Filipinnovation Awards”, and (3) honour Filipino innovators of “Filipinnovators” who have made significant contributions in promoting and advancing  innovative solutions in their respective fields.

2024 Buwan ng Kasaysayan

The Philippine Embassy in London joins the nation in observing August as Buwan ng Kasaysayan (History Month).
 
The theme of this year's commemoration, led by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, is "Salaysay ng Bayan, Saysay ng Bansa" (Stories of the People, Essence of the Nation).

Dan Carden MP

Ambassador Locsin welcomed Dan Carden MP to the Embassy today where they had friendly and honest discussions on inter-parliamentary relations and the Philippines-UK bilateral relationship. The Embassy looks forward to working with Dan to further strengthen its engagement with Parliament.
