British Association of Filipino Physicians and Surgeons Officers and Members Pay a Courtesy Call on Ambassador Locsin
Ambassador Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. warmly received the British Association of Filipino Physicians and Surgeons (BAFPS) at the Embassy recently. The BAFPS is composed of medical and surgical professionals with roots both in the UK and the Philippines, with DR. Kevin Beatson as President. Ambassador Locsin expressed the Embassy's support to the BAFPS' initiatives, such as partnerships with local health systems in the Philippines to share knowledge between local doctors and international medical professionals.

Ambassador Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. met with the officers of the Filipina Women's Network (FWN) at the Embassy, where he was presented with the latest book, "Disrupt 5.0: Filipina Women Leading with Intersectionality," in the Filipina Leadership Book Series by a FWN delegation led by CEO/Founder of the Foundation for FWN Marily Mondejar and Stevenage Councillor Myla Arceno. Cllr Myla was recently confirmed as FWN Ambassador to the UK during the book launch and reading of Disrupt 5.0 at SOAS University of London.
