Ambassador Locsin was delighted to meet Tony Vaughan today, the new MP for Folkestone and Hythe. Tony is the first Member of Parliament of Filipino heritage and the Embassy is incredibly proud of his achievement. Congratulations, Tony!
Ambassador Locsin Hails University of the Philippines Los Baños Museum of Natural History
Ambassador Locsin received a delegation from the University of the Philippines Los Baños Museum of Natural History and Masungi Georeserve Foundation on 25 July 2024. The delegation is in London to donate a collection of rare purple jade vine (Strongylodon juangonzalezii) seeds to Kew Gardens in London. This marks the first time that the said plant will be grown outside the Philippines.
