    The Philippine Embassy, London joins the nation in celebrating National Innovation Day (NID) 2025 on 28-30 April 2025 with the theme “FLIP” Forging Leaders of Innovation in the Philippines”. This year’s NID aims to (1) inspire the youth by engaging them in an intensified “Huddle, Analyse, Build, and Innovation” thinking workshop, (2) elevate public awareness on Filipino ingenuity and creativity through the holding of National and Regional Innovation Awards or the “Filipinnovation Awards”, and (3) honour Filipino innovators of “Filipinnovators” who have made significant contributions in promoting and advancing  innovative solutions in their respective fields.

LONDON 30 December 2022 – The Philippine Embassy in London joined the entire nation in commemorating the 126th anniversary of the martyrdom of Dr. Jose Rizal at Sentro Rizal London on 29 December 2022, together with the officers and members of the Knights of Rizal (KOR) Area of United Kingdom and Ireland, Kababaihang Rizalista, Inc. (KRI)– London, and some members of the Filipino community.

Iconic Filipino brand Potato Corner has opened its first branch in London!

Philippine Embassy Chargé d’Affaires Rhenita B. Rodriguez attended the Grand Opening today and congratulated the branch’s franchisee, Mr. Wilfredo Ventura, on his exciting new venture. She also expressed hope that today’s opening would be the first of many for Potato Corner in the UK.
