    The Philippine Embassy, London joins the nation in celebrating National Innovation Day (NID) 2025 on 28-30 April 2025 with the theme “FLIP” Forging Leaders of Innovation in the Philippines”. This year’s NID aims to (1) inspire the youth by engaging them in an intensified “Huddle, Analyse, Build, and Innovation” thinking workshop, (2) elevate public awareness on Filipino ingenuity and creativity through the holding of National and Regional Innovation Awards or the “Filipinnovation Awards”, and (3) honour Filipino innovators of “Filipinnovators” who have made significant contributions in promoting and advancing  innovative solutions in their respective fields.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING!
 
iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is only used to fill out and generate the OVF1 form with QR code.
After encoding all the needed information, please save a copy of the system-generated PDF file containing the accomplished OVF1 form on your device and print it on A4-sized paper. This printout will serve as your OVF1 form, which you still need to personally submit at the nearest OV registration site for the processing of your application as per Sec. 6 of Republic Act No. 10590. No personal data will be saved or retained on any server after using iRehistro. In case you delete or lose the system-generated PDF file, you will have to repeat the process to generate another OVF1 form.

Ang iRehistro ay HINDI isang online na sistema ng pagpaparehistro. Ito ay ginagamit lamang upang punan at makabuo ng OVF1 form na may QR code. Pagkatapos punan ang lahat ng kailangang impormasyon, mangyaring mag-save ng kopya ng form na naka-PDF file sa inyong device at i-print ito sa papel na may sukat na A4. Ito ang magsisilbing OVF1 form na kailangan pa ring isumite ng personal sa pinakamalapit na OV registration site para sa pagproseso ng inyong aplikasyon ayon sa Sec. 6 ng Republic Act No. 10590. Walang personal na datos ang ise-save sa anumang server pagkatapos gamitin ang iRehistro. Kung sakaling mabura o mawala ang PDF file ng form, kailangang ulitin ang proseso ng pagpunan para magkaroon ng panibagong OVF1 form.
