CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSION
DUBLIN, IRELAND

The Embassy of the Philippines is pleased to announce the list of consular service applicants who successfully completed their booking for the first Consular Outreach Mission in Dublin scheduled on 16 – 17 April 2016.

List of Applicants for the Consular Outreach Mission (April 2016)

Applicants are requested to be at the venue 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments. Kindly visit the Embassy website http://londonpe.dfa.gov.ph for the documentary and other requirements for your respective transactions. Only applicants with complete requirements will be served.

Succeeding Missions

Two other consular outreach missions have been scheduled for Dublin for this year. Requests for consular services at these missions may now be emailed to the appropriate email address using the prescribed Consular Service Request Form (Please click link for the Form)

Due to technical limitations of our IT equipment, requests for passport services will be limited to 440 applications per Outreach.

The Embassy reserves the right to control the number of accepted requests for other services as may be warranted.

Services Offered

The following services will be offered at all the Outreach Missions:

• e-PASSPORT APPLICATIONS
• CIVIL REGISTRATION ( Reports of Birth, Marriage or Death)
• NOTARIZATION and LEGALIZATION SERVICES (Affidavits, SPAs, etc)
• NBI CLEARANCE FORM SERVICING (Fingerprinting)
• ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION FOR VISA TO THE PHILIPPINES
• PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP RETENTION/RE-ACQUISITION
• ASSISTANCE-TO-NATIONALS and ADVISE ON PHILIPPINE LAWS
• PAG-IBIG MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
• SSS MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

Payment

Due to audit regulations, only cash payments may be accepted. We do not accept personal cheques or debit cards. The schedule of fees is as follows:

Return of documents:

Applicants are requested to provide their own self-addressed envelope for the return of their documents.

Venue

Organized in partnership with the European Network of Filipinos in Diaspora (ENFID) – Ireland, the 2016 Consular Outreach Missions in Dublin will all be held at the following venue:

St. John Bosco Youth Centre
Davitt Road
Dublin 12

For access via Public Transport:
- Dublin Bus No. 123 goes directly past the Centre at Galtymore Rd
- The LUAS Red Line also stops directly outside the Centre at the Drimnagh stop
