The Embassy of the Philippines is pleased to announce the list of consular service applicants who successfully completed their booking for the Consular Outreach Mission in Belfast, Northern Ireland scheduled on 12 – 13 March 2016.

Applicants are requested to be at the venue 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments. Kindly visit the Embassy website http://londonpe.dfa.gov.ph for the documentary and other requirements for your respective transactions. Only applicants with complete requirements will be served.

Payment

To remind, only cash payments may be accepted. We do not accept personal cheques or debit cards. The schedule of fees is as follows:

New / renewal (e-Passport) £ 43.00
Lost Passport (e-Passport) 108.00
Lost Passport (MRP & MRRP) 65.00
Report of Birth or Marriage 18.00
Affidavit for late Registration (Report of Birth/Marriage) 18.00
Affidavits, Oaths, Certifications 18.00
Legalization of Documents 18.00
Citizenship Retention/Re-acquisition 36.00
Dependent – Citizenship Application 18.00

Return of documents

Applicants may provide their own pre-paid self-addressed envelopes (with tracking) for the return of their document/s. A Royal Mail special delivery envelope, with postage paid for 100 grams will be able to hold a maximum of two (2) passports.

Alternatively, applicants may pay postage charges as follows:
Standard – 1 envelope with max of 2 passports £ 7.00
Additional postage (per each additional passport) 1.00
