The Embassy will have walk-in service for notarial or legalization applicants every Wednesday of May 2023, as follows:

03 May                       9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

10 May                       9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

17 May                       9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

24 May                       9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

31 May                       9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Processing of applicants will be first come, first served.

The Embassy has no photocopying services so please bring sufficient photocopies of your documentary requirements.

The following applicants for other consular services may walk in, Mondays to Fridays, except holidays:

• Passport (effective May 2023, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Civil registration, i.e., Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death, Consular Mortuary Certificate, Petition for Correction (9:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Petition for reacquisition or retention of Philippine citizenship under R.A. 9225 (1:00 – 4:00 PM)
• Others (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

The Embassy requires the use of facial masks inside the Consular Section. Escorts/companions are not allowed except for minors, PWDs, and other similar cases.
