Beginning 15 April 2023, ALL departing and arriving crew members and passengers of all aircraft and seacraft shall be required to register at etravel.gov.ph (QR code may be scanned below) not earlier than seventy-two (72) hours from the scheduled time of arrival to or departure from the Philippines.
