WE REGRET THAT DUE TO LIMITATIONS IN THE CAPACITY OF OUR IT EQUIPMENT, ONLY THOSE WITH BOOKINGS/APPOINTMENT SLOTS FOR PASSPORT RENEWAL WILL BE SERVED.

Applicants are advised to check the documentary and other requirements at www.philembassy-uk.org. Applicants may download application forms from the same website and fill them out in advance.

Applicants may pay an additional fee to cover the cost of return mail of their new passport. Courier cost for one passport is GBP9.00. Families, or those wishing to have their passports sent back together, can have their passports sent back in one parcel to a shared address. An extra GBP1.00 is charged for each additional passport to be included in the shared parcel.

Payments at the Outreach Mission shall be in BRITISH POUNDS STERLING ONLY, in cash or via postal money orders made out to the Philippine Embassy. Personal cheques are not accepted.
