PROCUREMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVERAGE

FOR REGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLES OF THE

EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES

IN LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM

The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines, through the authorized appropriations under the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Thousand Pounds Sterling (£17,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Comprehensive Insurance Coverage for the Registered Motor Vehicles of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in London. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in London, U.K. now invites bids for the Comprehensive Insurance Coverage for the Motor Vehicles of the Philippine Embassy in London for a period of one (1) year, described as follows:
