Ambassador personally extended his appreciation to APO Metropolitan England for its Palamig sa Tag-init sa Pasuguan, an annual food and drinks sharing with consular applicants during the hot summer season. Its winter counterpart, Pa-kape sa Pasuguan, is also undertaken annually by APO Metropolitan England. Consular clients enjoyed the refreshing drinks while savoring a variety of Filipino kakanin and other sweet treats.
