Vice Consul Stacy Garcia speaks to an audience of accomplished women in the United Kingdom (UK) on 08 March, International Women’s Day, at the Royal Thames Yacht Club. During the Filipino Women’s Association (FWA)-led forum, she shared how women have come a long way in making change happen not only in the Philippines but around the world. Through her personal experiences, she highlighted how every woman must be confident enough to assert that her place is in leadership and in every defining role in society.
