05 September 2018 LONDON—Ambassador Antonio Manuel Lagdameo (right) joins International Mobile Satellite Organization (IMSO) Director General Captain Moin Ahmed at the inauguration of IMSO’s new headquarters at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) building in London. IMSO is the inter-governmental organisation whose primary purpose is the oversight of certain public satellite safety and security communication services provided by mobile satellite communication systems. The Philippines has been a member of IMSO since 1981.
