06 July 2018 LONDON—The Philippine Embassy in London assisted in the repatriation of the cremated remains of Gerrymi Salinas Hallam, a Filipina widow who recently died without any family members to bring her ashes back to the Philippines. The Embassy is collaborating closely with DDS-United Kingdom (DDS-UK), a Filipino community organization in the UK, to bring the remains of the Filipina widow to her final resting place in Pardo, Cebu.
