INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF AN OFFICIAL SERVICE VEHICLE FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines, through the authorized appropriations under the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php4,000,000.00) or approximately Fifty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Three and 31/100 Pounds Sterling (£57,303.31) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of an official vehicle for the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in the United Kingdom for the Fiscal Year 2017 (Project).  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
