On 25 March 2017, Ambassador Antonio Lagdameo delivered the Keynote at the 1st Cambridge University Southeast Asian Conference. The Philippine Ambassador outlined the challenges and opportunities of realising the new ASEAN 2025 Vision, building on the achievements of ASEAN in its 50 years. 

The event was organised by the Cambridge University Southeast Asian Forum (CUSEAF).
