16 February 2017 - Ambassador-designate Antonio Manuel R. Lagdameo (right) arrived in London to assume his duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.   He was accompanied by Mrs. Maria Linda Floirendo-Lagdameo (2^nd, right).   Amb. and Madame Lagdameo were welcomed at the Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 by Mr. David Pearey (left), Special Representative of the Foreign Secretary, Protocol Directorate, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO); Mr. Gilberto Asuque, CDA (4^th, left); Mr. Senen Mangalile, Consul General (3^rd, left); and Mrs. Maria Theresa Jesusa Albano, A.O (2^nd left).  The welcome formalities were held at the Windsor Suite, VIP Section, Heathrow Airport.
