Ambassador and Mrs. Teodoro Locsin, Jr. attended the Independence Day Gala of the Caviteños Association UK, a celebration of heritage, unity, and national pride.
Held in honor of the 127th anniversary of Philippine Independence, the event paid tribute to Cavite’s historic role in the birth of the nation. It was in Cavite where the Philippine flag was first unfurled in 1898. Ambassador Locsin commended the Caviteño community in the UK for preserving their traditions while continuing to contribute meaningfully to British society.
