In commemoration of the 128th Anniversary of the Martyrdom of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, Ambassador and Mrs. Teodoro L. Locsin Jr. led the wreath laying ceremony at the Sentro Rizal London today.
The observance also featured a dramatization of a scene of Noli Me Tangere where Embassy personnel Ms. Zophia Irena Saikol Sunderland performed “Dahil sa Iyo” as Maria Clara and Mr. Christopher Francis Nicholas Millar sang “Bituing Marikit” as Crisostomo Ibarra."
