All roads led to this year's Students' Social hosted by Ambassador and Mrs. Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. The Embassy's annual year-end reception for Filipino students in the UK was held at Tollgate Community Centre, London on 11 December 2024.

The gathering, which brought together some 90 students, is aimed at providing Filipino students and those learning Filipino the opportunity to network and get to know one another. The students took part in fun-filled games and enjoyed Filipino holiday fare such as lechon, kare kare, pancit canton, fruit salad, hot chocolate, bibingka and Pinoy sorbetes. Filipino nurse and multi-awarded singer Mervic Monocillo brought the house down with her, at turns, powerful and moving performance.
