Ambassador and Mrs. Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. graced the opening of the newest Filipino restaurant in London, Chef Rex De Guzman's Turo Turo Restaurant.  Chef Rex is working on his first Filipino cookbook, following his strong showing in the grand finals of Channel 4's 'The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver' in 2022.
