Ambassador and Mrs. Teodoro Locsin, Jr. joined the Umbrella Communities of the Filipino Chaplaincy of London as they held their Sinulog 2024 celebration at the Sacred Heart Church in Kilburn, London.
The Holy Mass was celebrated by Fr. Francisco Cruz CM, Chaplain to the Filipinos of London, together with Filipino priest Fr. Irvin Morastil.
