The Commission on Filipinos Overseas is pleased to inform the public that nominations are now open for the 2024 Presidential Awards for Filipino Individuals and Organizations Overseas (PAFIOO).

The PAFIOO is a biennial search to honor and recognize overseas Filipinos and other individuals or organizations who contribute to Philippine development initiatives or promote the cause and interest of the Filipino diaspora/overseas Filipino communities. 

The awards are also given to overseas Filipinos who have exceptionally distinguished themselves in their work or profession, and have thereby brought pride to the Filipino nation. A distinct category in the awards is also reserved for foreign individuals or organizations for their exceptional contribution to the Philippines and for advancing the cause of overseas Filipino communities.

The detailed Guidelines for the 2024 PAFIOO, Step-by-Step Guide for Completing the Nomination Form, prescribed forms, and samples of other requirements are available for download at www.presidentialawards.cfo.gov.ph.

Filipinos in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Isle of Man, Bailiwick of Jersey and Bailiwick of Guernsey are invited to nominate individuals and organizations for the PAFIOO. Original copy of nominations must be submitted to the Embassy of the Philippines in London not later than 23 April 2024 to:
