Ambassador Locsin congratulates Ms. Lorina Tayag-Capitulo for being one of the 25 winners of the Chianciano Art Museum Award at the London Art Biennale 2023.
The selected artists will run a group exhibition at the Chianciano Art Museum and in the Clancianum Art Galleries that surround the 12th Century Piazza of Chianciano Terme, Tuscany, Italy, as part of the Chianciano Biennale 2024.
