Pursuant to Operations Order No. SBM-2014-045 issued by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, dual citizens entering the Philippines may present any of the following documents as proof of Philippine citizenship:

Valid Philippine passport;

Identification Certificate (IC); or
- Certificate of Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship (CRPC)
The same document/s must be presented to immigration authorities upon departure from the Philippines.
In the event that a dual citizen enters the Philippines using a travel document (TD), the dual citizen must present a valid Philippine passport to immigration authorities upon departure from the Philippines so that immigration fines will not be imposed on them as in the case of overstaying foreign nationals.
