As a courtesy to other applicants, all those with confirmed appointments at the Embassy are reminded to appear at most 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment and to bring the complete set of documentary requirements during their visit to avoid any delays or inconveniences in the process. Appearing at the Embassy with incomplete documents causes significant delays in the process.

Effective immediately, those with incomplete documents will not be accommodated and must rebook their appointments until they are able to provide a complete set of documentary requirements.
