A young London-based filmmaker of Filipino lineage joins the “No Room Left in the Margins” film festival, a screening of short films by British artists from the Asian diaspora, which commences on Thursday, 23 July.

Mona Bakht’s “Talaga” documentary is one of the festival’s 10 films by British Asian filmmakers exploring the diversity of Asian identities in different cultures.
