The Philippine Embassy will be adopting new ways to serve the public in support of ongoing efforts to safeguard the health and well-being of applicants and staff, such as the observance of strict physical distancing measures. These new processes shall take effect on 08 June.
A. Appointment System
A confirmed appointment will be required in order for the public to avail of the following consular services:
- Passport
- Legalisation (SPA, Affidavit, NBI Fingerprinting, etc.)
- Civil Registry (Applications may also be sent by post but must be notarised by a notary public)

Appointments are free of charge. An appointment is not considered booked until the client receives a confirmation email.
Families must book one slot per family member. A slot booked for multiple individuals will automatically be cancelled.
All those who visit the Embassy must wear a mask at all times.
B. Services by Post
Applications for the following consular services must be sent to the Embassy by post:
• Dual Citizenship (Oath taking to be conducted in person. Schedules to be confirmed individually)
• Collection of documents (All applicants must provide a self-addressed, stamped, special delivery envelope with tracking number)
