Philippine Embassy London, located at 6-11 Suffolk Street, SW1Y 4HG London, requests for quotations or proposals from interested companies or contractors/service providers for the following projects:

Maintenance Services, Repairs and Replacement of Destroyed Parts for Philippine Embassy London’s Motor Vehicles, enumerated as follows:

  1. PHI 1 – BMW 730D (2010);
  2. 233D 408 – MB E350 (2013);
  3. 233D 399 – MB S280 (2004);
  4. 233d 369 – MB Viano 2.2 X-Long (2009); and
  5. 233D 375 – VW Sharan S1.9 (2009)

 

Attached are the Requests for Quotation and the Terms of Reference for each project for your perusal.

 

Please submit a signed quotation and indicate your acceptance in the attached Term of Reference for the procurement. The Embassy accepts open quotations submitted directly, through facsimile or email at the address and fax numbers given below.
