Requirements for the Renewal of Machine Readable-Ready (MRRP/Green)
or Machine Ready (MRP/Maroon) Passport
The Embassy of the Philippines wishes to inform the Filipino community in the UK and Ireland that, pursuant to instructions from the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, effective 01 July 2016, all applications for renewal of Machine Readable-Ready (MRRP/Green) or Machine Ready (MRP/Maroon) Passport booklets shall only be processed upon submission of the following requirements:

actual Machine Readable-Ready (MRRP/Green) or Machine Ready (MRP/Maroon) Passport booklet;

original Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-issued Birth Certificate;

at least one (1) valid identification document; and
4. other supporting documents as may be deemed necessary (i.e. original Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-issued Married Certificate, if applicant is married and using married surname, etc.)
The requirements for renewal of e-Passport remain unchanged.
