The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has informed the Philippine Embassy on reports that SUCCESS200 International Marketing Corporation or SUCCESS200, which appears to operate in various locations in the Philippines and overseas, has allegedly engaged in questionable investment-taking activities.
SUCCESS200 is not authorized to solicit investments from the public as it did not secure prior registration and/or license from the Commission to solicit investments as required by the Securities Regulations Code.
The Commission encourages the general public to report any information regarding the operations of said entity to its Enforcement and Investor Protection Department on +63 2 584 7187 or +63 2 584-7652.
