CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSIONS TO DUBLIN, IRELAND
The Embassy is pleased to announce that it will conduct Consular Outreach Missions in Dublin, Ireland on the following dates:
• 7th and 8th March 2015
• 9th and 10th May 2015
• 3rd and 4th October 2015
The following services will be offered:
• E-PASSPORT APPLICATIONS (Booking is required using the Passport Service Request Form below)
• CIVIL REGISTRATION (Report of Birth and Report of Marriage needed for e-Passport application only)
• OVERSEAS VOTERS REGISTRATION
• PAG-IBIG Membership/Inquiries
• LEGALISATION OF DOCUMENTS (By the Philippine Consulate Dublin)
Applicants are advised to check the documentary and other requirements at www.philembassy-uk.org and to download the application forms in advance from the same website.
How To Book
We regret that due to limitations in the capacity of our IT equipment, only those with bookings for passport renewal will be served. We will NOT entertain walk-in applicants on the actual dates.
While every effort would be made to accommodate all bookings, the Embassy cannot guarantee a place on the date of one's choice and reserves the right to move the bookings to a later date.
Those requiring passport services are requested to fill out the attached Passport Service Request form. Please send the Request Form AND a photocopy of your passport's data page to ONLY ONE of the following e-mail addresses, as incomplete or multiple submissions will not be entertained:

Families need to send one (1) Request Form only, listing the names and details of all those requiring services.
Payment
Due to audit regulations, only payments made in British Pound Sterling may be accepted. We cannot accept payments in Euros; we do not accept personal cheques or debit cards. The schedule of fees is as follows:
New / Renewal (e-Passport) £43.00
Lost Passport (e-Passport) £108.00
Lost Passport (MRP & MRRP) £65.00
Registration of Birth or Marriage £18.00
Late Registration fee £18.00
Affidavit of Loss of Passport £18.00
Return Mail
Applicants are required to provide their own self-addressed padded envelope for the return of their documents.
Cost of postage from UK to Ireland is £9.00, for a maximum of 3 passports per envelope.
