Those who have previously sent in their Passport Service Request Forms or have responded to the community survey should expect shortly the email confirmation of their respective schedule for appearance at the Outreach.

Any other walk-in applicant will be entertained on a first come-first serviced basis, but only after those with appointments have been serviced.

Those who will avail themselves of the services during the Outreach Mission are advised to check the documentary and other requirements for their respective transactions at our official website: www.philembassy-uk.org. Applicants may likewise download application forms from the same website and fill them out in advance. Please beware of other websites purporting to be the Embassy's website.

Those applying for citizenship retention/re-acquisition are requested to submit their complete requirements to the Embassy in London by 16 April 2014 (Wednesday) for pre-processing.

Those who wish to receive their passports, visas or other documents by post are advised to submit a self-addressed stamped special delivery envelope with their applications.

Payments at the Outreach Mission shall be in cash or by postal money orders made out to the Philippine Embassy. Personal cheques are not accepted.
