Minor children below 12 years of age traveling with their fully vaccinated parents or guardians

*Full vaccination means the person has been administered the 2^nd dose in a 2-dose series or a single dose vaccine more than 14 days prior to date and time of departure from the country of origin or port of embarkation (“Primary Series”).

Acceptable proof:

-       WHO Certificate

-       VaxCertPH

-       National or state manual/digital vaccination certificate of the country/foreign government (any country)

-       Others permitted by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF)

Negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours or negative antigen test taken within 24 hours, prior to the date and time of departure, excluding layovers, provided that he/she has not left the airport premises or has not been admitted into another country during layover

o    At least 18 years old who have received primary series of COVID-19 vaccine and at least 1 booster

o    Aged 12-17 years, who are fully vaccinated

o    Below 12 years old, regardless of their vaccination status, who are accompanied by their parents or guardians who are fully vaccinated with 1 booster

* Antigen test result may be remotely supervised or laboratory-based, administered and certified by a healthcare professional in a healthcare facility, laboratory, clinic, pharmacy, or other similar establishment.

*The vaccine (primary series and booster) must be included in the following lists:

- Emergency Use Authorization or Compassionate Special Permit list issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (https://www.fda.gov.ph/)

- Emergency Use Listing of the WHO (https://www.who.int/)

Passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of arrival

For temporary visitors, valid tickets for return journey or to next port of destination, corresponding to their permitted/allowable duration of stay under a valid visa or visa-free entry

VACCINATION STATUS CANNOT BE INDEPENDENTLY VALIDATED

Negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours or negative antigen test taken within 24 hours, prior to the date and time of departure, excluding layovers, provided that he/she has not left the airport premises or has not been admitted into another country during layover

*Required to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their RT-PCR test taken on the 5^th day from date of arrival. Thereafter, they shall undergo home quarantine until the 14^th day from date of arrival.

UNVACCINATED MINOR

Those below 12 years of age shall follow the entry and quarantine protocols of their accompanying parents or guardian

Those from 12 to 17 years of age shall follow the classification and procedures based on their vaccination status (fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated/ unvaccinated).

*In case facility-based quarantine is required, the accompanying parent or guardian shall accompany the child during quarantine.

FULLY RECOVERED WITH POSITIVE RT-PCR PRE-DEPARTURE TEST RESULT

Positive RT-PCR test taken not earlier than 10 days and not later than 30 days prior to the date and time of departure

Arrival quarantine protocols:

o   Fully vaccinated – no longer required to undergo facility-based quarantine but shall monitor for any sign or symptom for 7 days with the date of arrival as the 1^st day

o   Unvaccinated / partially vaccinated / vaccination status cannot be independently validated – shall undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative RT-PCR test taken on the 5^th day from date of arrival. Thereafter, he/she shall undergo home quarantine until the 14^th day with the date of arrival as the 1^st day

Medical Certificate issued by a licensed physician certifying that he/she:

a.    was an asymptomatic / mild / moderate / severe or critical case of COVID-19, as the case may be;

b.    has completed the mandatory isolation period;

c.    is no longer infectious; and

d.    has been allowed free movement and travel.
