The Philippine Embassy is pleased to announce the list of consular service applicants who successfully completed their booking for the first Consular Outreach Mission in Dublin scheduled on 08 – 09 July 2017.

Please click on the following link to check for your name and appointment schedule. Individual e-mail or telephone notification have also been sent to the applicant using the contact details provided in the service request forms.  

            List of Applicants for the Consular Outreach Mission (July 2017)

Applicants are requested to be at the venue fifteen (15) minutes before their scheduled appointments. Kindly visit the Embassy website www.londonpe.dfa.gov.ph for the documentary and other requirements for your respective transactions.  Only applicants with complete requirements will be served.

Applicants are reminded to check the documentary and other requirements of their transactions at www.londonpe.dfa.gov.ph and to download the applicable forms in advance from the same website.  Please beware of other websites purporting to be the Embassy‘s official website.

Applicants for citizenship retention/re-acquisition are advised that the administration of the Oath of Allegiance will be done as a group (not individually), at the following schedule:

            Saturday:                     12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

                                                  5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

            Sunday                          1:30 – 2:30 p.m.

Venue

The March 2017 Consular Outreach Missions in Dublin will all be held at:

                        St. John Bosco Youth Centre, Davitt Road, Dublin 12

For access via Public Transport:

-                    Dublin Bus No. 123 goes directly past the Centre at Galtymore Rd

-                    The LUAS Red Line also stops directly outside the Centre at the Drimnagh stop

Due to audit regulations, only cash payments in British currency (pound sterling) may be accepted.  We do not accept personal cheques or debit cards.           

Return of documents:

Applicants are requested to provide their own self-addressed envelope for the return of their documents.  Appropriate postage costs may be paid at the Outreach.
