Booking

Applicants are requested to submit an accomplished Consular Service Request Form (click link to download form)  to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to secure an appointment schedule at the Outreach. 

Deadline of submission of requests for appointment shall be on 28 April (Friday); acceptance of requests may be terminated sooner if machine capacity is reached.

Due to audit regulations, only cash payments may be accepted.  We do not accept personal cheques or debit cards.   

Return of documents:

Applicants may provide their own self-addressed, stamped Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope for the return of their documents.  Otherwise, they may just pay for the appropriate postage cost at the Outreach.
