CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSION

The requests for consular services for the 2nd Consular Outreach Mission in Dublin on             08 – 09 July 2017 has now reached maximum capacity. 

As such, the Embassy will no longer accept requests for appointment for this particular outreach. 

Successful passport applicants will be advised shortly by email of their respective schedules.  Said schedules are non-transferable to another time slot or to another person.  If no email is received by 15 April, please check the spam folder of your e-mail as there had been instances when the Embassy’s e-mail ended there.

All applicants are advised to check the documentary and other requirements for their respective transactions at www.londonpe.dfa.gov.ph.  Only applicants with complete requirements will be served.

Other Ireland Outreach Schedule

Two (2) further Consular Outreach Missions in Ireland are scheduled for the year.  Applicants wishing to secure an appointment may submit an accomplished Consular Service Request Form (click link to download form) to the specific e-mail address to secure an appointment at your preferred Outreach schedule:

The deadline for submission of requests is indicative; acceptance of requests may be terminated sooner if capacity is reached.   Kindly note that, for passport applications, we will only be taking in 335 applicants.

Receipt of appointment requests will be automatically acknowledged.  Please note that a subsequent notification e-mail shall still be sent to successful Applicants to inform them of their respective appointment schedule.   Schedules are non-transferable to another time slot or to another person.
