We will be offering the following services:
- E-Passport Applications
- Civil Registration (Reports of Birth, Marriage, or Death)
- Notarials and Legalisation of Documents (Affidavits, SPAs, etc)
- NBI Clearance Form Servicing (Fingerprinting)
- Philippine Visa Applications
- Reacquisition / Retention of Philippine Citizenship (R.A 9225)

Documentary Requirements
We urge all applicants to check the complete list of documentary requirements at www.londonpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-matters and to download and accomplish the relevant application forms in advance. Please avoid other websites purporting to be the official website of the Philippine Embassy.
Booking
Applicants must book an appointment through Eventbrite.
Appointment bookings must be made no later than Friday, 10 April 2020. However, the appointment system will close as soon as the maximum capacity is reached.
Only those with confirmed appointments will be accommodated during the consular outreach mission. The Embassy will not accommodate walk-in applicants. Applicants must bring with them a copy of their confirmed Eventbrite booking and present this to the processor.
After booking an appointment via Eventbrite, the Philippine Embassy will get in touch with the applicant to provide his/her confirmed appointment time.

Payments may be made in cash, bank draft or credit/debit card. We do not accept personal cheques.
Return of documents
Applicants are required to provide their own self-addressed prepaid registered mailing envelope (special delivery) for the return of their documents. Those who are unable to provide self-addressed mailing envelopes must collect their documents at the Philippine Embassy in London.
